New Business Start-up Programme
Our Venture Project is a 6-week structured programme in setting up a new business, aimed at individuals wanting to start their own business and in need of one-to-one guidance and support in fully establishing their business.
We work with individuals over a 6 week period, meeting once a week and having regular phone and messaging contact during this period.
We cover key areas of business setup such as defining the product/service they want to offer, providing advice and guidance of technical and social platforms available in building their business infrastructure etc.
We understand the journey of starting a new business can be difficult and often overwhelming; our aim is to work closely with individuals, guiding them at each stage of the process, adapting a method of learning which best suits them and providing coursework to them which both recaps their learning for the week and work that they can use for their own business.
